Establishment of an investment and development company D O A S, Inc. The company’s primary interest was to invest in land in Bratislava region.

Later, we expanded our portfolio by operating in development activities in the field of residential and commercial construction. We are the first company in Slovakia to focus on complex project coverage from financing through implementation and sale to real estate management.

Beginning of construction of the AB DOAS polyfunctional building, which also became the central seat of D O A S, Inc. We expanded our portfolio of services by renting non-residential premises, offices, parking and stopping areas.

We have also included industrial real estate in our portfolio. This is a strategic step which allows us to diversify our portfolio and increase its stability. Industrial real estate has been a stable and growing industry for a long time.

We put ourselves on the map of investors of new city districts with a clear urban vision for the needs of the city and its future residents by starting the construction of the site Senec Mlynský klin I.

By starting the construction of Viktória, a modern polyfunctional block of flats in the heart of Bratislava, we started to present our new “work & live” idea.

We are celebrating our 20 anniversary. We are proud of the projects we have finished so far-they fulfill our vision to create quality and healthy environment for life and work.

Later on, we introduced our vision of modern living in harmony with nature by starting the construction of the unique project Golden Wing located on the threshold of the forests of the Little Carpathians.

The DOAS parking garage project is our response to the difficult situation of static traffic in central Ružinov. With this construction, we significantly improved parking conditions in an attractive location in a fully automated parking garage accessible to the general public.

With the project of the new city district of Senec-Lužianky, we entered a modern era of new city districts with complete civic amenities. Some of the significant aspects of this project are thoughtful urbanism and community architecture, which will offer its residents above-standard housing in Slovakia.

The innovative VisionPark project crosses the threshold of the industrial stereotype and allows us to enter an era of green logistics parks. VisionPark reflects our vision of industrial constructions of the future which combine the concept of ecology, sustainability, and last but not least, a healthier and green future.

Currently, we are working on GREEN CITY–a project of rental housing in Levice. This will be a complex project with a significant contribution to architecture and sustainable living. Up to 92% of building structures will be built from modern prefabricated parts in the form of cubes.
